Coles has released 4 new frozen meals in their range, all with no artificial colours or flavours:

• Lamb Moussaka – Lamb mince in a rich ragu sauce with layers of sliced potato and eggplant topped with a Mornay sauce, cheese and paprika – HSR: 3
• Honey, Soy & Ginger Salmon – Salmon in a honey, soy and ginger sauce on a bed of noodles and edamame beans – HSR: 3.5
• Moroccan Spiced Lamb – aromatic spiced lamb served with a fruity flavoursome couscous – HSR: 4
• Chicken & Chorizo Linguine – linguine pasta coated in a rich tomato sauce with chicken and beef chorizo – HSR: 3.5
