Maggie Beer – New Paste Variants

Maggie Beer has released 3 new pastes to compliment your next cheese platter:

• Plum & Shiraz – this paste is a balance of sweet and tart plum flavours followed by the bold notes of shiraz – perfect with a triple cream brie, a classic blue cheese or a tangy sheep’s milk cheese.
• Tomato Capsicum & Saffron (only available at Woolworths) – this paste is a sweet and savoury blend of tomato and capsicum that finishes with delicate notes of saffron – perfect to team with an aged crumbly cheddar.
• Fig, Lemon & Ginger – this soft set fig paste has vibrant, fresh fig notes balanced with lemon acidity and subtle ginger notes finish the palate. Its perfect accompaniment would be a creamy goat’s cheese or blue on some buttery crackers with a glass of your favourite wine.
