Taco Manana – Authentic Mexican Corn Tortillas and Corn Chips

Taco Manana’s authentic Corn Tortillas and Corn Chips are made using techniques akin to those used for over a thousand years in Mexico. The process, called ‘nixtamal’, involves soaking the corn in lime water overnight which activates the kernels, increasing their nutritional value – the kernels are then stone-ground into a dough, pressed and baked over flames to create delicious corn tortillas and corn chips.
