- Vanilla Bean Double Cream – a thick, sweet cream to be used as a topping for most desserts. It is made with real vanilla bean paste, with black flecks throughout. Perfect topping or accompaniment for your favourite holiday desserts including sweet pies, cakes, pavlovas, trifles, cannoli, fruit cakes and panettones and much more. It can also be used for swirling or mixing into other desserts.
- Brandy Flavoured Double Cream – a thick, indulgent cream with the rich taste of Brandy throughout. Perfect topping or accompaniment for your favourite holiday desserts including puddings, brandy snap baskets, pavlova, trifles, cannoli, fruit cakes and panettones.
- Espresso Flavoured Mascarpone – a thick, indulgent mascarpone with the rich taste of Espresso and ground coffee beans throughout. Perfect topping or accompaniment for your favourite holiday desserts and cakes. It is perfect for Tiramisu or as a filling for cannoli.
