Harissa is a fiery chilli paste and is widely associated with most North African cooking. The main ingredients used in Harissa paste are hot chillies, garlic, coriander, spices, and olive oil.

Traditionally used alongside couscous, but it is also added to soups, stews, sauces or you can rub it onto breast of chicken with finely chopped coriander sprinkled on top.
