• Beef & Mountain Pepper – mountain pepper is a wonderfully aromatic and moderately spicy herb that is indigenous to the sub-alpine regions of Victoria and Tasmania. Beef and pepper are a classic flavour combination and Mountain pepper adds a delicious piquancy to the sausage.
• Pork, Kakadu Plum and Lemon Aspen – Kakadu Plumsare supplied by an Indigenous Australian owned harvesting co-operative from the Top End. Lemon Aspen has a delightful lemon flavour that is a perfect partner to the Kakadu Plum.
