Ruffie Rustic Foods has released their new range of frozen meals freshly made with locked in goodness for a healthy, satisfying meal – Ruffie Rustic Foods’ meals are a celebration of wholesome goodness.

Available in 5 variants:

  • Plant Based Spaghetti Meat-Free Balls – meat-free, plant-based, vegan-friendly and a yummy source of protein – a classic Italian dish – but vegan-style! This plant-based recipe starts with a rich Napoli sauce, folded through our freshly made spaghetti, topped with succulent meat-free balls, basil and Australian olive oil. HSR: 4
  • Linguine Carbonara with Portobello Mushrooms & Smoked Bacon – a yummy source of protein for the whole family – freshly made and locked in goodness with Gippsland which are picked at full flavour, coarsely chopped and simmered with other smoked bacon through a creamy onion sauce, then stirred through ribbons of our own freshly made linguine.   • Slow Cooked Beef Ragu with Linguine – a yummy source of protein made with 100% Australian beef – tender chunks of Australian beef, slow-cooked and finished with a rich tomato and red wine sugo. It’s then tossed through Ruffie’s own freshly made linguine, with basil and a generous sprinkle of parmesan. HSR: 4
  • Portobello Mushroom Risotto with White Beans – a meat-free, plant-based, vegan-friendly and a yummy source of protein. Like all good risottos, Ruffies start with Arborio rice, then slowly stir and simmer while adding in coarsely chopped Portabello mushroom (from Victoria’s Gippsland region of course), some broccoli florets and butter beans, then top with a scattering of parsley.   • Butter Chicken with Tumeric Basmati Rice – a yummy source of protein with no artificial colours or flavours. Made with 100% chicken and locked in goodness – Ruffies start with slow-cooked Australian chicken thighs, then finish them in buttery Indian inspired tomato-based curry sauce. Served with aromatic turmeric basmati rice and finished with a squeeze of lemon juice. HSR: 3.5
