The Riverina Dairy – Haloumi Range – Now Available at Coles

The Riverina Dairy has introduced two of their Haloumi products into Coles Supermarkets. Haloumi has a high melting point and so can easily be fried or grilled, it is delicious on the BBQ, in salads, and serves as a great meat replacement.

• Basil Haloumi – a semi-hard stretched curd cheese that is light yellow in appearance, with a distinctive layered texture, and is coated in freshly dried basil. Cyprus Style, Full Cream Grilling Cheese – 180gm, ∼$6.00

• Haloumi – a semi-hard stretched curd cheese that is light yellow in appearance, with a distinctive layered texture, and has a salty flavour. Cypriot Styled Cheese – 900gm, ∼$18.00
