The Spice Tailor Chutnis [Chutney]

The Spice Tailor has released 2 chutnis in their range of Indian products.

• Original Mango Chutni -225gm – A Bengal recipe with the alluring sweet, sour and spicy flavours of a traditional Indian chutney, nicely balanced with the sourness of the unripe mango and the aromatic spices eaten almost daily.
• Peanut & Tamarind Chutni – 200gm – a ‘peanutty’ chutney from the Southern region of Andhra which is known for its spicy, tangy food. This chutney has a lovely balance of sweetness from the onions and peanuts and sourness from the tamarind. There is a mild zing from the ginger and the flavours are brought together with the addition of local flavours such as mustard seeds and curry leaves. The chutney also has a lovely texture and is not dissimilar from a satay flavour but without the coconut and with Southern Indian spicing.
